How we ship
We work with trusted and reliable shipping partners to ensure your Earth Painting arrives safely and in the condition it was created. All artworks are shipped fully insured.

As mentioned in our Shipping Policy, we cannot accept returns of undamaged, original artworks. However, if your Earth Painting arrives damaged, we will of course repair it and return it to you as soon as possible. Please contact us immediately via email if this occurs - we promise to respond quickly and supportively.

Shipping costs
Shipping is calculated automatically at checkout.

However, some Earth Paintings - for example large or heavy Earth Paintings that exceed standard shipping dimensions, or shipments to specific countries - require custom shipping arrangements. In those cases, the shipping cost cannot always be calculated correctly at checkout.

Please check out as normal. After completion of your order, we will contact you personally to discuss the safest and most suitable shipping option of your preference. Depending on the final cost, we will either refund you the difference if you've overpaid, or arrange payment of the additional costs with you.

Once everything is settled to the satisfaction of both parties, your Earth Painting will be dispatched to you.

We are able to ship worldwide. Delivery times and methods may vary depending on your location and the nature of the artwork.
