Our approach
Each Earth Painting is created with natural materials and handled with great care. Because of their delicate and unique nature, we cannot accept returns of undamaged, original artworks. If your Earth Painting arrives damaged, we will of course repair it and return it to you as soon as possible. Please contact us immediately via email if this occurs - we promise to respond quickly and supportively.

Cancellations
If you wish to cancel your order before it has been shipped, please contact us as soon as possible at info@elisecrutzen.com. We will always consider reasonable requests.

If you have questions or need clarity before purchasing, we encourage you to reach out. Clear communication helps ensure you feel fully informed and prevents misunderstandings.

Damages or issues
If your artwork arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately. We will review the situation with care and find a fitting solution, as mentioned above.

EU 14‑day cooling-off period
For orders shipped within the European Union, you have the right to cancel within 14 days of receiving your order. This does not apply to custom-made or personalised artworks, or items that cannot be returned safely due to their nature. If you are unsure whether your order qualifies, please contact us.

Refunds for approved cancellations
If a cancellation is approved (for example, because the Earth Painting has not yet shipped), we will refund you via your original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
