How we ship
We work with trusted and reliable shipping partners to ensure your Earth Painting arrives safely and in the condition it was created. All artworks are shipped fully insured.

As mentioned in our Shipping Policy, we cannot accept returns of undamaged, original artworks. However, if your Earth Painting arrives damaged, we will of course repair it and return it to you as soon as possible. Please contact us immediately via email if this occurs - we promise to respond quickly and supportively.

Shipping costs
For most artworks, shipping is included in the price, meaning there are no additional costs at checkout.

Some Earth Paintings - for example large-format works or shipments to specific countries - require custom shipping arrangements. In those cases, the shipping cost cannot always be calculated automatically at checkout. We will contact you personally to discuss the safest and most suitable shipping option, and to agree on the final cost before the artwork is dispatched.

Global shipping
We are able to ship worldwide. Delivery times and methods may vary depending on your location and the nature of the artwork.
